When you are a new patient at any medical office, it can be a complicated experience. Allow the caring staff at Kay Chiropractic to assist you and make you feel as comfortable as possible.
Save some time and fill out our New Patient Health History Form at home. Please print on separate pages if possible. Bring the form to the office on your first visit. If you have any questions, feel free to call us. Our team undergoes regular training and is up-to-date on the latest pain relief techniques.
Laying the Foundation for Better Health
Think of your spine as the foundation of your body. If it is not functioning properly, the rest of your body will not operate correctly. We have three phases to chiropractic care:
Phase 1: Relief Care
If you are in pain when you first visit our office, our first objective is to help reduce your pain and you'll start feeling better as quickly as possible. This depends on the severity of the condition which is causing your pain.
Phase 2: Corrective / Restorative Care
During the corrective phase, muscles and other tissues are allowed to heal more completely. This helps prevent further injury or pain.
The goal of corrective or restorative chiropractic care is to help ensure your body is fully functioning once again. Depending on your overall health and the severity of your problem, this can take varying amounts of time.
Phase 3: Wellness Care
Once your body has completely healed and you are no longer experiencing any symptoms of pain, it is important to come in for periodic chiropractic adjustments to avoid further problems down the road. This phase of chiropractic care usually requires some shorter visits to the chiropractor each month.
Our Payment Options
Most insurance plans are accepted in our office. We also accept auto accident, workers compensation, and personal injury cases that have resulted in back pain, neck pain, headaches, or other related pain conditions.
For patients with little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we can work with you to arrange a flexible payment program that best fits your budget.
